Bo Kim is a real estate investor based out of Southern California and mainly invests out of state. He went from 0 to 10 units in 18 months. Bo started investing in late 2017 and closed on his first property in January of 2018. As of now, he owns 61 doors. In this podcast, he will discuss how to multiply investment units.
Bo has a business degree in Accounting and currently work for a high-growth tech start-up in sunny California. He has previously worked at a Financial Services Company and CPA firm. This is where he started to grow his passion for personal finance and obtaining financial freedom through passive income. Fast forward to today, he owns 61 rental units across the markets of Kansas City, Indianapolis, and Little Rock.
