Scott Lewis is the CEO of Spartan Investment Group based out of Colorado. In this podcast, he will answer why one should perform thorough due diligence while acquiring real estate or any other type of business.
He has led a several successful real estate developments ranging from a single family homes to condo conversions. For SIG, Scott is the Strategy and Operations Director. He is responsible for seeing Spartan’s strategic direction and managing the day to day activities of all of their projects.
Scott graduated from Michigan State University with bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry and Marketing. At Catholic University he has a master’s degree in management. While in Georgetown he acquired a Certificate in Project Management, and has his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
