Late 2014, He had an “aha” moment.  Questioning why he had been savings so much into retirement accounts when there was no guarantee that he would be around at age 65.  After all, both his parents died of cancer in their 50’s and had also “saved, saved, saved” but never got to enjoy it.  Why was he deferring his life? With that, he set out to find another way.  After a year and a half of education through countless books, podcasts, and seminars he bought his first investment, a fourplex property by pulling money OUT of his Roth IRA.  In 2019, he quit his high-paying sales job to focus more on real estate and investing.  In 2020, he launched the Wealth and Freedom Nexus site to share his story with others and promote financial literacy and financial freedom.
