Jeremy Roll started investing in real estate and businesses in 2002. He left the corporate world in 2007 to become a full-time passive cash flow investor. Currently, he invests in more than 70 opportunities. This is across more than $1 Billion worth of real estate and business assets. Jeremy is the founder and President of the Roll Investment Group. In which he manages a group of over 1,500 investors. These investors seek passive/managed cash flowing investments in real estate and businesses. In this podcast, he will discuss the syndication vetting process through passive cash flow.

In addition, Jeremy co-founded the For Investors By Investors (FIBI). It is a non-profit organization that was launched in 2007. They aim to facilitate networking and learning among real estate investors. But, in a strict no sales pitch environment. Right now, FIBI is the largest group of public real estate investor meetings in California. All in all, they have over 30,000 members.
Jeremy has an MBA from The Wharton School. It is a licensed California Real Estate Broker for investing purposes only. Additionally, he is also an Advisor for Realty Mogul.
